
So the San Francisco Victory Garden is underway. Above, the breaking of ground and the removing of sod. It'll start getting more interesting as the beds are prepared and laid out. Ultimately, it'll look like this:

The reason P&G Herbs is only coming 2x's a month is the price of gasoline. So, perhaps the September event should sponsor him in, to allow him to make money at a booth, so he can keep coming to the UN Plaza Farmer's market; hopefully, more often. For the the items they sell which are food, they are allowed to take foodstamps, allowing the poor to start their own gardens of food.
