Hello Raj, great blog. I'm curious about the effect of Zoellick's plans to replace food aid with food vouchers. Have you given this any thought yet and if so how do you see them working? I have a sneaking suspicion that this is going to push some economies over the edge. I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts.
